Rebecca and Alex’s Blue Hill at Stone Barns Wedding was full of love, laughter, and LOTS of dancing. This wedding goes down as one of our most favorite color palette’s which was totally unexpected for an October Wedding but absolutely perfect for such a bright and radiant couple.

Full Planning clients Courtney and Stefan, hosted their wedding weekend in Stefan's hometown of Lake Placid with a New Orleans Inspired Welcome Party, a gorgeous multi-tent wedding at Stefan's family home in Keene and a relaxed recovery brunch on Mirror Lake. The Union Studio conceptualized this "Adirondack Glam" event and blended the rustic vibes of the mountain area with darling wildflowers with the chic black and white Old Hollywood theme.

Katie and Drew hosted their EPIC wedding at Katie’s childhood home in the Berkshires. The Union Studio worked closely with this bad-ass, California based couple on every detail from start to finish. This wedding told the story of all Katie and Drew’s adventures: A NOLA inspired cocktail hour complete with the first cocktail they ever shared, an shared Italian family meal and the groom’s concert set during dinner are just a few highlights of this amazing event.

Josh and Mike were married on Labor day weekend in the heart of the city and a very special place to The Union Studio, The Housing Works Bookstore. If you’ve ever been in the city on Labor Day weekend, it’s so very quiet but this wedding was anything but that. Full of life, love and celebration – this party rocked!

Perhaps the crowning achievement for the Union Studio. We erected a tent over an apple orchard. BOOM. This intimate event was hosted at the Bride and Groom's North Salem home. We used the inspiration of the surrounding environment, slate canyons, herb gardens and orchards to curate a perfect “magazine like” design. Complete with flower crowns for each guest and music inspired by the bride’s Iraqi-Moroccan heritage, this wedding was the perfect reflection of the hosts.

Michele and Jordan were the first EVER to host their wedding at The Williamsburg Hotel. This hotel is our mid-century meets modern design dreamship. Ha! How’s that for a description? With the Bride’s mother being the lead engineer for the Hotel’s build, we had the most amazing “behind the scenes” experience while planning this perfect December wedding. We can’t wait to work here again!

Laura and Cannon’s Lake George wedding at the Groom’s historic family home was a whirlwind of yoga, rainbows, party animals (literally) and disco balls. Such a fun way to spend an August weekend. Working with this Europe based couple to plan their was a breeze with modern day tech and it was our pleasure to be their “feet on the ground” here in New York.

We had the absolute honor of working with these two architectural geniuses. Everything was about structure, curvature and accentuation. Also, this is where we began our love affair with BLACK. Oh man, do we love black décor. These serpentine tables adorned in black just fell away and let the handmade floral vessels and candles shine.

Kate and Robby’s October Blue Hill at Stone Barns wedding gave us all the fall feels. The deep plums, purples and crimson paired with the fresh fruit on the tablescapes set the scene for this iconic venue to complete their flawless pairing service. With the venue voted one of the top 50 restaurants in the WORLD, This wedding was nothing but the best.

The Palm House is in the same Brooklyn neighborhood that our found Amanda O’Callaghan spent almost 15 years of her Brooklyn tenure. This venue and the gardens surrounding it are incredibly near and dear to us. We relish any opportunity to spend a day with our clients at this Brooklyn landmark. Amanda and Alex’s clean white pallete paired with the stunning modernized Palm House was just simply perfect.
